Training Courses and Seminars:

I followed  many training courses in Lebanon and abroad, and received number of certificates in the field of swimming and rescuing. The most important:

  • YMCA junior life saver.
  • YMCA senior life saver.
  • YMCA professional life saver.
  • Ministry of tourism coaching certificate.
  • Ministry of education lifesaving certificate.
  • Swedish Professional Swimming Group class A coaching certificate.
  • Red Cross first aid certificate.
  • International Olympic Committee class A coaching certificate 2004.
  • Certificate in physical education Professional Swimming Group.
  • Swimming instructor Lebanese Swimming Federation.
  • Training course with the world champion and international swimming expert Glen Christiansen (2011).

Achievements:

  • Participated in most races of Lebanese swimming championships (1990 – 2000), and won many medals and
  • Private trainer (swimming and aquagym) for many artists, political and business men.
  • Published a book about swimming (history – safety – nutrition – etc…), which was signed in 2013. This book is unique in the Arab world.
  • Organized and regulated from about 15 years a yearly event (Lebanese swimming Championship forclubsand resorts), at Cap Sur Ville country club and in participation of Lebanese and Arab swimmers.
  • Performed a yearly event for long distance open water swimming:
    • In 2012 crossed the distance between Saida and Beirut, by swimming continuously for more than fifteen hours and twenty minutes, making a Lebanese and Arabic record.
    • In 2013 passed the distance between Beirut and Amchit, by swimming continuously for more than seven hours
    • In 2014 achieved the distance between Tyr and Saida, by swimming continuously for more than ten hours.
